1. The service
Family Expense Tracker, commercially branded as vSam Family Budget, is a household expense, income and investment tracking service operated by vSam AI Technologies. You use it to record your own financial information.
2. Your account
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Each customer receives one isolated household; you may invite family members into your household and assign them roles.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another household's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Your data
You own the records you enter. You can export them at any time from the Backup screen. We do not sell your data. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and accuracy
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Currency rates you enter are your own figures; the service does not provide financial, tax or investment advice.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your household. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Company information
Family Expense Tracker, commercially branded as vSam Family Budget and provided by vSam AI Technologies. Company registration number, registered office, tax number, governing jurisdiction, support email address and website are to be confirmed by the owner and are intentionally left blank.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
